Eligibility:

The competition is open to journalists in all parts of the world.

Employees of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce and the
Lee Island Coast Visitor & Convention Bureau are ineligible.

Work must have been published in English in print or electronic medium
between the dates of April 1, 2006 and April 1, 2007.

Eligible Entries must be received no later than June 15, 2007.
