Guided tours of this turn of the century home, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, are available. The home is open Tuesday - Friday for scheduled tours; closed Monday; Saturday - Sunday are reserved for parties.

The southernmost vineyard in the U.S., Eden Vineyards offers wine tasting and special events. Open 11am - 4pm. No tasting after 3:15pm.

Edison-Ford Winter Home and Laboratory

The Edison home, located adjacent to the winter home of Henry Ford, features the inventor's laboratory and botanical gardens. Henry Ford bought the property next to the Edison's and visitors can tour the home of the world's first billionaire as well as the Edison home. Tours are from Monday - Saturday 9am - 4pm, Sunday 12pm - 4pm. Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Fort Myers Historical Museum

The museum is a restored train depot and offers exhibits about the Calusa Indians, cattle ranchers and the Koreshan religious sect. Also on display is a scale model of a turn-of-the-century Fort Myers and railroad car from 1930. Hours are Tuesday - Friday 9am - 4pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
