David Meardon has been a Sanibel-based professional photographer since 1981, using his camera and creative eye to document events and capture the beauty of the area. He specializes in environmental family portraits and is a well-known nature photographer. His photos have appeared in newspapers, books, magazines, and calendars both locally and nationally and have won awards in news, nature and advertising competitions. He also handles special events, business conventions, and commercial photography and has a large inventory of stock aerial, scenic, and wildlife images. 

Kathleen Blase
Known for her award winning photojournalism with the Island Reporter and the Islander newspapers, Kathleen continues her work as staff photographer for Times of the Islands magazine and as the official photographer for the Chamber of Commerce.  As a chamber member, she pursues her own freelance work.  Capturing the nature of the islands for 22 years, she also has devoted many hours to bird photography in the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge.
